By accessing jlj7.org, creating an account, or using any part of the jlj7 platform — including its games, promotional features, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published by jlj7 from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlj7 platform and, if you have already created an account, contact jlj7 support to request closure of your account.

To register and maintain an active account with jlj7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from jlj7 or had an account closed for Terms violations, unless jlj7 has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

To access jlj7's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your date of birth;
• A secure account password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided to jlj7 during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If jlj7 discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or different identities — jlj7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit all bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlj7 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jlj7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

jlj7 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and consumer protection standards. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, jlj7 may request the following documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, including but not limited to: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, or voter's ID.

• Source of Funds: In cases involving large deposits or withdrawals, jlj7 may request supporting documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of the funds.

jlj7 will not process any withdrawal request until KYC verification has been successfully completed. Players are encouraged to submit KYC documents promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

jlj7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise indicated. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. jlj7 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, certain payment providers may apply their own processing fees, for which jlj7 accepts no responsibility.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jlj7 account are legally obtained and that you are the legitimate owner or authorised user of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties will be subject to investigation and may be returned to the source.

Deposited funds are credited to your jlj7 wallet and are available for wagering purposes only until any applicable KYC conditions are satisfied. jlj7 reserves the right to hold, delay, or return deposits where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your jlj7 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real money balance (bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met).

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which shall be read together with and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that particular offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by jlj7:

• Bonuses are issued at jlj7's absolute discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Transferring, selling, or gifting bonuses to other players is prohibited.
• jlj7 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through technical error, or in violation of any applicable terms.

Bet settlements are final once a game round has concluded and results have been recorded in jlj7's system. jlj7 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in the following circumstances:

• A technical malfunction or error occurs that materially affects the integrity or outcome of a game round;

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their knowledge and consent;
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal or fraudulent activity, including stolen credit or debit cards;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlj7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the jlj7 platform without prior written consent from jlj7.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlj7's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by you to your jlj7 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlj7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses resulting from service interruption, technical faults, or third-party system failures beyond jlj7's reasonable control.

jlj7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. jlj7 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

jlj7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• A request by the player for account closure or self-exclusion;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player request, self-exclusion, or regulatory requirement), any verified real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jlj7 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit some or all of the account balance as compensation for losses, damages, or costs incurred by jlj7 as a result of the breach.

jlj7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to jlj7's collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlj7 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and customer support platforms), but only to the extent necessary for the performance of their services.

These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines, including relevant provisions of Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter) and other applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

For the avoidance of doubt, the submission of a complaint does not suspend your obligations under these Terms or entitle you to withhold any amounts owed to jlj7.
